ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTER
Pascal Aughtry & Associates is looking for experienced CAD and Revit experts to join our team. This position is fully on-site and remote work is not offered.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work with architects to prepare construction documents that meet company standards
• Simultaneously manage multiple projects and responsibilities and meet deadlines
• Be highly detail oriented to check work for consistency, accuracy, and completeness.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Associates degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years experience in drafting, architecture, CAD, or engineering
• Highly proficient in AutoCAD
• Experience in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Competent understanding of architectural and engineering standards
• Experience in dealing with redlines
• Bluebeam experience preferred
• Autodesk certifications preferred

Permit coordinator
Pascal Aughtry & Associates is looking for a full-time permit coordinator responsible for obtaining requirements from various agencies for permitting, completing permit applications, tracking permit status, and coordinating with project teams and consultants to secure permits on schedule. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. This position is fully on-site and remote work is not offered.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Learning the permitting process for different types of agencies
• Drafting correspondence, organization of permitting documents, and weekly reports
• Obtain all required approvals for permits and act as liaison between the company and each municipality
• Prepare construction documents, including plans, elevations, details, and specifications
• Collaborate with consultants to achieve project objectives
• Support the Principals to develop client communications
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (NAAB) or related field
• 2+ years of relevant post-graduation work experience
• Proficient in standard industry software including AutoCAD
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Creative problem solver with a flexible and open attitude toward a collaborative working style
• Strong initiative, organizational, and communication skills
